Teacher’s Pet
Whiskey refers to a wide range of alcoholic drinks which are distilled from fermented mash of grain and developed in wooden casks. It is made from grains such as barley, rye, malted barley, malted rye, maize and wheat. Whiskey products are created mainly in grain-growing areas. They differ in alcoholic content, quality and base product.
Whiskey cocktails lean to be dark and the different whiskeys provide their unique flavors in the direction of mixtures combining it with wide variety of tastes. There are many whiskey cocktail recipes available and one of them is Teacher’s pet.
For making teacher’s pet whiskey, ingredients required for it are Blended Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth and bitters. The quantities of ingredients required for it are:
- 1 ½ ounces of blended whiskey
- ½ ounces of dry vermouth
- 1 teaspoon of sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of bitters
Now after getting all ingredients, it should be prepared in the following ways:
1. Whiskey, bitters and vermouth should be poured into a traditional glass, including ice cubes in it.
2. It should be stirred well
3. Decorate by means of slice of orange and maraschino cherry and then serve it.
Teacher’s pet refreshes you and it is quite easy in drinking. Teacher’s pet gone nuts are a shorter version of it by adding nutty interest to it.
